Holiday Inn Express - Plattsburgh by IHG

Our room was clean and comfortable. The location at the west end of Plattsburgh worked well for us. Staff was helpful.

The room and bathroom were a little "tight", not very much space to walk by each other. We struggled with connecting to the internet and I had a hard time hearing the desk clerk over the phone, though he was able to connect us without a problem. GPS is great but the entrace is still a little too subtle and easy to miss. I was surprised to pay almost $50 more rate for a Sunday night that I added vs the rate for our original Friday & Saturday nights.

A ok but room a little tight and price on the higher side. Front desk folks very personable. Breakfast was good and Susannah, the attendant, kept the area clean & tidy and servings fresh.

Clean, excellent location. Nice layout, staff was excellent, Susanna at breakfast overly helpful, stayed at many hotels over the years, Plattsburgh Holiday Inn is one of the best.

Easy to book no problems like I had at Fairfield Inn in Plattsburgh

Trouble with TV but didn’t ask for help with this issue would have liked a listing of restaurants around the area and instructions in the room about the TV

Bedroom carpet smells very bad like dirty feet. The bed horrible, that mattress must probably hasn’t been changed ever, there’s a bump on the center and on the sides you sink in a hole that won’t let your body stay flat, so means the bump is the only part of the mattress that’s still not sunk. Not one usb plug worked I had to buy a regular plug in with adapter to usb to charge my devices.

They had a good selection of breakfast food to choose from and i was please. I had a great time in the pool and gym. This was a great mini vacation de-escalate. looking forward for another weekend get away. There was local restaurants to choose from as well.

The room was fine, the only downside was that the staff cleaning the room were not responsible, and there were dirty towels hanging inside the bathroom door that hadn't been cleaned up. However, the staff in the lobby were excellent. 房間還可以，唯一的缺點是打掃房間的工作人員不負責任，浴室門內掛著沒清理的髒毛巾。不過，大廳的工作人員服務非常好。
