Baymont by Wyndham Covington

There was really nothing to like or love. Room was mediocre and my sheets had to change lid 3 times to get clean sheets. The gym should be closed because elliptical doesn’t exist and treadmill was out of service. The pool was not ready and breakfast ends early. Thank goodness the area had restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is not for me.

room was clean. light over sink did not work. light or ceiling about shower was leaking on our floor. breakfast was very disappointing . there was only cereal, bagel and bread. there could have been apples, oranges, bananas, muffins or something sweet. we had to go get breakfast elsewhere.'

The room was clean, air and water worked, TV worked. There was a mini fridge we were able to use. Everything was good for a one night stay! We checked out early, was able to set a time online which was nice. Service was good. Everything went well Only thing, the blanket has noticable stains. I had my own though.

It was a nice stay for a short trip!

We just needed a place to stay for one night and it was good for that. Room was clean, everything worked great.

We were visiting for The Vampire Diaries Tour. We love Covington and enjoy everything about the city. The hotel was pretty close to downtown. The bad part was the wifi would not connect most of the time and when it did it would not stay connected.

I can not stress enough how great it was staying here. Every single staff member from front desk to housekeeping were phenomenal. Always greeted with a smile and kind words. My trip was to do a solo tour of Netflix series Sweet Magnolias. Front desk were extremely helpful and even mentioned a few things I didn’t know. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Very very clean!!! I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this is my top 3 Customer service as it should be!!!

Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping replaced towels and made beds daily. Super quiet, zero issues. If I were to complain about this place, it would be about tight parking, and a pool that looked like a fish pond. But, we were there on a slow week and, didn’t go swimming. Excellent place to crash for a night or 2.
