Baymont by Wyndham Covington

Stort rent værelse, med god seng. Morgenmaden er ret skrabet, men der er yoghurt, bagels og kaffe så man har noget at starte på. Der er lidt larm fra vejen, men ikke noget som et par ørepropper kan klare, så husk at medbringe det. Alt i alt god kvalitet til prise

Just stayed 1 night room was clean and comfortable would stay again

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The rooms appeared to have been recently updated. The beds were comfy. Would stay again. The pricing was great.

Way too overpriced for the room nothing about it was good

I booked online. I based my decision on the amenities offered and the Baymont by Wydham brand. Two of the amenites offered were a pool and a continental breakfast. Upon arriving the pool was extremely disgusting- brown and green water with stuff floating ont he surface. The pool has not been properly maintained or cared for in quite a while. When i checked in, my state sales tax exemption certificate was not accepted, while other hotels in the state of Georgia have accepted it. The breakfast was not a continental breakfast- only cheap bread items like bagels and toast and was not a hot breakfast which is what a continental breakfast is supposed to be. The room did not have a coffee maker or coffee in it. The bathroom had two holes in the wall stuffed with some type of toilet paper or rubber gloves. The toilet flush handle was broken and spun 360 degrees around the tank. The toilet seat and seat cover were broken and so loose that someone could really hurt themselves if they were to sit down unsuspecting of the issue. This could cause major injury to a preganant lady or an older customer. The water in the shower never once got hot- mild at best. I took cold showers for two consecutive days. The Patel manager and wife need alot of training on how to treat clients and knowledge about state issued sales tax, use, and lodging taxes and fees exemption certificates. Overall the hotel is poorly maintained and this is tarnishing the Baymont by Wyndham brand.

When checking in, I got there around11:00 pm, the desk clerk didn’t say anything just pushed a paper under the window after pointing where I needed to sign and then slid me a key, was very rude and told me nothing about the hotel/room.

Staff and front desk staff were great

Very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy and don’t flatten. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place.

Very clean, easy check-in, walking distances to food, gas station, and liquor store. The only issue was the smoke detector was beeping. It needed new batteries. Otherwise, I would stay here again! Price is great and comfortable for a female solo traveler.

Breakfast was poor, very bare minimum. Barely worthy of a free breakfast. Gym was abysmal and borderline unsafe with so much packed into a small room. Staff seemed disinterested. Room however was clean and nice.
