basically good property that I would stay at again. convenient on off route 20.

Very clean and staff was friendly

Beware of the new owners of this place asking for deposits and finding every excuse to keep your money it's a hotel, i never seen hotels ask for a deposits after you book your room this is family of people who now own the LaQuinta on the access rd too all are crooks to book hotels at either of these places crooks.

Total screw up with AAA reservation when the new manager's email address has not been updated in their system. Took from 10 pm to 11:40 pm to figure this out. Finally sent to different room than what we had already paid for. Next day, the guy checking us in was standing at the check in desk in his silk bath robe and slippers, with his breakfast plate, visiting with his colleague. Hotel was in nice area, with sketchy looking people hanging around outside. Some were just using the free wifi in the lobby, others were using the bathrooms. One guy made 4 trips in and out, carrying clothes, etc in 3-4 grocery bags in a 30 minutes time slot. Appeared that maybe someone had rented a room and several people were sleeping in it, including a couple who were doing the same thing (she was very pregnant). Hotel had peeling paint in elevator and extremely loud HVAC fans. Shades had holes. Light bulbs were extremely dim and bad water pressure. Finally, AAA price was credited and we were charged over $100 more by the hotel (with no authorization by us). This is nowhere near a 4.5 hotel, even without the reservation mix up .

Upon arrival after my flight , we arrived at the hotel around 10pm, I had to wait at least 15 mins to be able to get in my room because by the time the man arrived at the desk and processed everything which I was the only one there so that was frustrating . There was only one employee working and the hotel seems scarce of any other vistors which was alittle unsettling . I asked what time contential breakfest was and was told they do not offer that , on the website it clearly stated a free contiental breakfest daily . We arrived to the room, had to request another blanket because the blanket was so thin on the bed , housekeeping was knocking at 830 which was also disappointing as we arrived so late and wanted to sleep alittle later . Every morning they came at 830 am ! The pool was unusable and green so that was disappointing as well as we were hoping to utilize it coming from the north , my girls were bummed . I was informed after inquiring and speaking to a woman the next day about the website stating they served breakfest and was told there was new owners yet the website still said Baymont by Wyndam hotel , that is one of the reasons i booked them because i am formula with those hotel chains . The room was clean , a few towels had hair on them , had to request a hair dryer . There was only a few vistors the entire time we were there which was 4 days . For the price we paid I was disappointed and would not recommend them , the location was good close to resturants .

I was here for one night and it was excellent.

Hotel was clean and newly remodeled. Only thing is the new rooms have bright red curtains that do not match the rooms at all. The towels could be of better quality and there is not a hair dryer in the room.

It was a great property and right off the interstate

Food garbage was all around the building. The concrete floors needs paint. The room was okI would stay there again.

It was rated a 10/10 execllent, I have stayed in better hotels rated 6 or even less that were equal or better, it was clean and the beds were comfortable now the negative, the bathroom was tissue., broken hinge on commode, no tissues or coffee pot in room, barely a continual breakfast with signs Please do not take food back to room. $150 for one night.
