Quality Inn La Crosse North

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The place smelled like mildew. The air conditioning unit was dripping water and I asked if I could cancel room when we got there and was told no. The room smelled like mildew and humid. We checked filters in air conditioning and those filters needed cleaning several months ago. We asked for them to be cleaned. Needs major repairs. Plug ins were wore out and needed replacing 10 years ago. The sink in bathroom was slow to drain. The shower head has seen better days. The carpeting is smelly!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ABOUT HOW CLEAN THIS PLACE IS.

I booked via bookings. Com and had w a price drop guarantee, after two month i have not received my $100 refund after more than an hour on the phone i was told the property did not issue the refund this was a week ago and still nothing, it is basically theft by the property!

Property is old and needs major repairs….the roof in the lobby is leaking with mold growing, not a good health condition especially close to the breakfast area

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, etc was provided at no cost. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00. In his next breath he said the price would be $169.00 for an additional night. That represents a $53.00 increase. This behavior also seems suspect, if not intentional Sincerely, Connie McKeogh
