Quality Inn La Crosse North

Bathroom sink had no stopper. Strange odor when we came into the room each time. Whirlpool jets didnt work was like sitting ina big cup of hot water. Bathroom door was splintered at the bottom. Chair and ottoman in room needed to be cleaned was dirty. I had to use a towel to sit on. Only 2 towels in the bathroom could have been 4. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good and thebreakfast lady was excellent at her job. Front desk staff was useless. Told them electronic display on exercise bike not working. We were told it would be looked at. Was still not working on second day. It was raining so needed it to ride but had to do it without the digital screen and programing. Overall a pretty crummy stay except the breakfast lady. She made my day and was very helpful and cheerful. She should be the manager. Maybe things would get done then. Will not be staying there again. Would rather sleep in my car.

There was a water leak in the lobby that appeared to have been there for a long time that had not been fixed.

Good hotel for decent price. Had a pool and hot tub. Not the fanciest hotel, but still nice enough for the price.

Dated but more than adequate, good helpful people.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I love their breakfast; had a nice spread of food. The woman in charge of preparing breakfast for guest at the inn was amazing. I’ll will definitely be back.❤️

Very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast even though the coffee could have been better. Room was nice.
