Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG

The room was quiet, no street noise. Parking in the parking lot in the same building as the hotel was convenient.

There were a lot of homeless people or people just sitting/sleeping on the streets in the surrounding areas. We had booked and paid for a room for three. At breakfast it turned out that we still had to buy breakfast for the third person. The price of $18.50 seemed unreasonable for bread and a mediocre omelet.

I didn’t stay the night because the pool was closed and booking.com did not have any warning about it

Charging my card twice was an inconvenience. But it was straightened out.
