Les couloirs des chambres fait vieux.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past. I believe back in March and I've really enjoyed it, but the last two days have really left a sour taste in my mouth. Every time I've called all they'd done was put me on hold. Every time I've called it was a quick pick up then I'll just wait on hold. Not sure what happen to the customer service or if they outsources their incoming calls, but it's so hard to get an actual person. What happened?

Had booking issues and cleaning service kept knocking even tho I extended my checkout time

Good location to catch tours.

Restaurant getting old

All I have to say is Terri at the front desk had by for THE BEST customer service at a crowne plaza hotel in 15 years ive been staying. She had a friendly SPEEDY check in while engaging in meaningful conversations about the city and the hotel. She even watched my bags as I ran across the street to the bank. Thank you so much for making my trip seamless and stress free! God bless.
