"Big mistake!"

Room smoke detector had a quarter inch of dust on it! Saw a roach in bathroom and tv did not work plus room was very noisy due hotel construction! Very disappointed.

Room nice and clean but toilet so low that had problems getting on and off of it. Pool was nice and warm but water cloudy and litter in pool dirty water. Breakfast was great and very friendly staff in restaurant.

Meals eaten there were well prepared and very ample in portion size. Excellent coffee. Very nice staff. There was no discomfort with the bed. Actually it was quite nice. I am planning multiple trips to the area and will be staying at the Double Tree Oak Ridge.

I enjoyed it's an older hotel that has kept its personality. The rooms are all upgraded however with modern fixtures and very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my 3 nights here. Very clean, friendly staff, would stay again.
