DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Oak Ridge - Knoxville

Room was really stinky! It was the smell coming from air conditioner. Very outdated hotel.

The cookie was warm and the room was clean. However, the floor unit struggled a little bit to keep the room cool. My personal highlight was at the hotel restaunt. Kevin was the manager who served me and with above and beyond to make sure I had an excellent meal and quality experience. If you stay at the Double Tree, be sure to stop by their restaunt.

Fire alarms were pulled early morning around 6:30 and again around 10 very aggravating for a late sleep in.

The hotel is very quiet and the front staff is super nice. The surrounding area has many restaurants within walking distance. It is not a brand new hotel so things are as good as they should be. Breakfast was not included. The built in restaurant is nice.

Employees were friendly and accommodating, the pool was fantastic, the breakfast food was very good. Special shout out to the housekeeping staff on our floor. We never asked for the room to be serviced, but they were always very friendly and engaging. The location is great, and the on-site restaurant was completely reasonable and the food was very nice.

This is a really nice hotel. Very clean. The staff is really nice and greets you with a smile. Shout out to Janie in the restaurant. She's very nice and we had a great conversation.

The room was nice. When we woke up the next morning the elevator was broken... Unfortunately, we were on the 5th floor with 5 bags and 2 dogs... Our saving grace though was Keisha. She offered her help to bring our bags downstairs. Even before offering us help she had a constant smile on her face and just seemed like a gem. Oak Ridge double tree is lucky to have her.
