Love the pool

I thought it was a little pricey, was there for a funeral.

Having stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton in Oak Ridge once or twice a month for the past two years, I can confidently say it is an amazingly unique hotel experience largely due to the truly incredible staff who consistently go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Not only did they make me feel like family, but my dog Einstein as well. Amber and Carmen at the Front Desk are absolutely delightful. They're not only efficient and professional but also incredibly warm and friendly, and were always helping me out with anything I needed during my stay. The excellent service continues in the restaurant, where Luke always provides top-notch service. He's attentive, personable, conversational, and his positive attitude and willingness to assist make dining at the hotel a real treat. It is worth it to eat there just for his excellent service! It's clear that the Doubletree in Oak Ridge has cultivated a team that genuinely cares about their guests. The only reason I will not be a regular guest is due to moving to the area! I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfortable amenities and cleanliness, but especially for its truly all around amazing staff who make you feel right at home! (It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the International Peace Bell in A.K. Bissell Park, not far from the American Museum of Science and Energy and other notable attractions in the Secret City!!)

Our rooom was VERY damp and the rug seemed moist. Also they made 3 attempts to make our TV work but it never worked properly and we were unable to use it.

There was no communication about breakfast so my son didn’t get anything to eat in the morning after our extremely brief 7 hour stay. The room had trash in it when we checked in & the door in front of the mini fridge was broken. Overall a very underwhelming experience & far to expensive for the quality

Our server Luke was so nice and patient with my son and I and we had a wonderful time. At the end of the meal my son was so tired I forgot to grab my desert I had them make to go so Luke went out of his way and came up to our hotel room to bring it to me! Can’t wait to go again!
