Quality Inn St Cloud West

Property is obviously older and kind of “tired”. Bathroom had rusty dark stains around the tub and tile, but everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable and our room was pretty quiet. They seemed understaffed - we had to call out to find someone to check in. However the staff members who we interacted with were very friendly and courteous.

The rooms were a bit musty smelling and there was poop in the pool

Mold and mildew in the shower. Beds were hard.

First room smelled like a wet dog was in there.

Convenient location close to shopping and dining

Spider webs, tub old and dirty, pillows smelled

There was trash in the parking lot, even though there was a dumpster right there, and there were chicken bones around my bed and sauce from wings on the sheets and bedding. I had stayed there once before and it wasn’t like that so it was really unclean and gross even compared to the last time I was there I didn’t sleep at all

The pool smelled of mold, our room had a major ant problem that I would consider an infestation. They ruined some of pur groceries that were on a table. Dogs were barking at 7 a.m and didnt stop until after 8 a.m. The party room was good, but the stay wasn't great.

The staff was knowledgeable. Not the hotels fault but that road to get out is CRAZY busy. So that was annoying. Room was okay.

Unsupervised baseball players runming up and down hall and found them shaking the vending machine.
