I like the location and the staff Is very co operative here. And what I like most that it's a family hotel hurghada. I wish I come again and stay here again..

-This hotel is great value for money, didn't expect to have dinner for 4 nights for 2 people for just 400 Egyptian pounds compared to breakfast only. -The location is top notch. In the center of Hurghada with all sort of shops around. -It has a dedicated sea which is a bonus. And the aqua park is okay. -The night shows and performances exceeded my expectation for a small hotel.

-2024 and we have to pay for WIFI in rooms! -The staff used to pick up our dinner plates when we go to fill in some water without checking if we actually finished our meal. -The biggest turn down was the medical care, when my partner got a minor injury, we expected the hotel doctor to do their job of disinfecting the wound and apply bandage. But instead they asked us to pay 500 Egyptian pounds just for a consultation and we ended up going to another clinic outside the hotel.

The staff are amazing! We have stayed here 3 times already. I haven’t met friendlier staff anywhere, everyone - from reception to lifeguard to room cleaner to bar guys they are all so lovely!!! A really welcoming hotel that would bend over backwards to make your stay a pleasant one.

The food isn’t great but I go on holiday to eat out and try different restaurants anyway so this didn’t bother me at all. The pool flooring needs fixed, it gives it a look of that it hasn’t been completed. None of these are worth even mentioning but it is only because I was asked. At the end of the day it’s great location at fantastic price!! It has been stated 3/4* hotel and that is Egypt standards not EU. Their standards are up my street because as I say, it is great hotel!! We will return 💞
