"I wouldn’t rate this hotel 1⭐️ food is very poor and service is poor. Also disable ramps is very dang"

The room service guy called Kamal, he was very polite and unlike other member of staff they only need to milk customers

Food is very poor, anything you ask in the bar you have to pay as their staff asks for money for whatever you ask. Also they refused to heat up milk for my child.

"i had to change the room because of the condition of the room!! second i didn’t agree the money they asked when i arrive"

i did not like !! in picture looks ok but in reality a lot of things damaged

no clean clean water at bathroom,shower very old paint , toilet and shower very damaged

It was really a very, very beautiful room overlooking the sea The reception staff were very, very good M. Diaa, M. Muhammad, and M. Hajar were really helpful to me and everything was very, very good. Thank you to the person who managed the hotel
