The view from the room was fantastic. Also, the gym was well equipped, and again, the view from there was superb. The spa area was really clean

Cost is far above the standard offered. Limited english speaker. Asked for a manager nobody came after 3 days stay. Hiding charges. No accessibility to sun-beds without purchasing a spa package, ridiculous. Limited Dinner options and nothing really amazing

Nice and clean,enjoyed the spa,little bit small beach but there is public one in walking distance.

The time of breakfast changed on our last day without warning so we missed out on an already paid for breakfast before checking out for our flight.

on the beach. large rooms with a child's bed. various proximity to activities and restaurants. Pyjamas provided with slippers and flip flops. Staff were helpful with organising restaurant reservations outside the hotel.

felt somewhat in need of maintenance, painting. No bar in the evening. Restaurant was pricey and food choices limited, more western than Japanese. Additional fees to use the baths and indoor pool and sunloungers which felt a bit much considering the room costs.

What an amazing luxurious resort to stay in. It was well worth every cent. The rooms are spacious with a balcony, and there are many amenities and facilities. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is gorgeous. There is a zip line, outdoor pool, indoor pool, spa, private beach with free towels, and you can rent several things like jetski's.

Nice place, but limited food options and expensive transportation without a rental car.

First time staying at Marriott & had the Best upgraded to Duplex Ocean Suite with 3 futton beds & 1 king bed that cost over $1,000 per day! Also scored a guaranteed 11am check-in and 4pm check-out. Amenities - Mini fridge stocked with 3 cans of complimentary orion beer and 7 water bottles (I counted lol). Full set of coffee and tea packs. Lobby - in construction, but there’s a ton of beautiful sting rays, lion fish, sea urchin, eels, etc at the mini pond. Mable Ride- Beautiful drone shots included for $80 (2 people/10mins) Lounge: 5-6pm Happy Hour, delicious dessert platters up for grabs and good variety of drinks (self-service) Japanese Bath & Sauna - 10/10 very relaxing Game room - Pool table, 2 ping pong tables and 2 dart machines Projector show at the lobby was a nice touch! Parking: 500yen or $3 per day (complimentary for platinum) Breakfast - Japanese/Western style buffet Overall, wonderful stay even though some areas/restaurants were closed due to low season. Still one of the best upgrades ive ever had compared to my hilton diamond where we stay the most.
