This Sheraton? Sunmarina. Is an extremely outdated and in need of renovations. - OVERPRICED!!! - everything costs money! Even bottled waters 500 ml is ¥ 350!!! Breakfast buffet is Small. Expensive and not tasteful. 🤮! -Front desk staff are RUDE! -Outdoor swimming pool is 🔥 hot 🥵🥵!!! Pool Slides were Broken The Entire week!! Lifeguards are not qualified nor properly equipped or trained in BLS. Never returning! Only good thing was Ms. AYAKA! She works at the Tours & Recreations Office! She gave me and my US Marine friends FREE Scuba diving! FREE Beers from the bar! Her husband Charlie is a US Marine @ Camp Hansen. Just ask for Ayaka! Tell her you know Charlie!

This hotel is an oasis, with its own indoor reef, sorrounded by sea water inside and outside! The view from the room is amazing, room 725, the sunset, the sea… Also I have to mention the profesionalism of the employees, the kindness, respect and knowing so well to please you! Eishin Nakama from the reception, you are the best! You made pur stay perfect! Also Rojan and Victor Fernando from the reception, all our wishes have been solved! We ate at The Grill restaurant many times! Exquisite and refined dishes!
