"Very disappointing...they were doing construction lots of noise and certain areas were blocked off"

Breakfast was very disappointing lots of pork which I do not eat and sugary items muffins tasted stale ...would be nice if they had more fresh item...only thing fresh was the oranges and bread

"Nice big shower too many Smart items for us"

Bed was pretty comfy

Rats running down the hallway running to cars left on the first floor, carts had holes in the bottom rats made. Alarm went off 3 times. The first time at 6:20 AM stayed on 30 minutes though we did get a 50. Credit it happened 2 more times very annoying. When you call the front desk NOBODY answers. When alarms go off we need to know why. We couldn't reach anyone??

"Clean & comfortable room and beds"

The room was newly renovated very clean and modern. The outside grounds were quite dirty with remnants of the renovations

Just how dirty the outside grounds and hallways were looks were deceiving but once inside the newly updated room it was all great
