"Avoid this Hotel"

I arrived yesterday (12/16/25) at around 7:40pm for check-in and the front desk staff Orlando (or so he said his name was this) was asleep, please check the front desk camera, we had to wait like 15mins for him to wake up and other customers waited too, Orlando was rude and didn’t want to give me the upgrade I had ordered ahead of time when I did the early check-in online on 12/15/2025 and I got an email approved for this upgrade on the day before arrival on 12/15/2025. Orlando even threatened to cancel my stay and said “if it’s that serious I can cancel your stay”. And we were being super nice and polite the whole time, we were even calm since we knew he just woke up from sleeping. Please take some action against him, I love this hotel and have stayed here before and I don’t want this to affect my future stays at this hotel.

Room was very nice, bed was comfortable, shower spacious counter was nice all upgraded. We enjoy the gym, laundry facility fair.

Washer/Dryer fair. One dryer didn't dry anything but loved our money. Not good. Rodents on the first floor running down the hallway. Not on our floor which was the 3rd floor. Which we prefer.
