The beds are a bit hard. Definitely needs some upgrading. Put us in a handicap room. The shower would not work. The room was far from elevators and could not pull luggage over the wiren carpet

It was a great stay. We were here for 3 nights and it was very good. For the breakfast, it’s definitely more worth paying for the buffet than ordering from the menu. The buffet is more value for the money but the food was still very good. Highly recommend! Very clean, delicious cookies, and great staff. I love being able to park the car and just walk everywhere. The area was walkable, depending on where you were going. We went to the arena, the movie theater and the surrounding stores. The area was surprisingly quiet as well.

This is a really nice place and we love staying here when I come see my grandsons.

Front desk main manager Candy was absolutely wonderful. She completely turned around my experience. Unfortunately, my initial check-in with the assistant front desk manager was frustrating. Each time I tried to speak with her, she stopped mid-conversation to check in pilots, leaving me waiting and unable to finish what I was saying. On top of that, when I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong room, she refused to help and referred me back to Expedia. I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia trying to sort it out in the lobby. When Candy came in, however, she immediately stepped in and fixed everything in just two minutes. She was kind, attentive, and pleasant to work with. She truly saved the entire experience. I understand I made the error, but I wish the assistant manager had shown a little more effort and willingness to help instead of passing me off. It left a sour taste—though thankfully Candy’s professionalism and care made all the difference

Don't buy into the hotel staff's bogus apologies. This is not a quality Hilton property. It is understaffed, poorly managed, tired, and not nearly up to Hilton standards. We stayed one night and were supposedly "upgraded." That is complete BS so don't let them fool you. An "upgraded" room is simply on a higher floor. There is nothing special about the room. Our "upgrade" rewarded us with a room next to the interstate that was poorly maintained and not clean. When we asked to be moved, they lied and said the hotel was full. We asked housekeeping and they said the hotel was not any where near full. This is a franchise hotel and it shows. Do not be fooled by the lame apologies from staff. Believe the bad reviews. They are spot on. The food is subpar and the service is poor because they are so understaffed. Our server was very nice but was the only server working and was also taking care of the bar. The front desk staff wins the rudeness award. They are, without a doubt, the most inconsiderate hotel staff members I have ever encountered. I could write an essay of how bad this hotel is. As stated earlier, DO NOT buy into the "we're sorry" BS from hotel management. They don't care. They try to save face by posting cookie-cutter responses. There are better hotels in the area. Do yourself a favor and choose one of them.
