"Won't ever stay there again"

What breakfast? All that was provided was dried up looking fruit, cereal and waffles.

Everything else about it. Some of the outlets in our room didn't work. Saw roaches in the hallway. The laundry amenity that was supposed to be available was not there.

Location, ease of getting to the shops or for the bus route. Friendly staff and is a nice place to stay. My concerns before staying with the general reviews of all hotels in carbondale turned out unfounded here. The bed side lights having built in USB chargers is great. I'm a non smoker and there was no stench from any kind of smoke.

Room fridge is noisy but I can sleep through anything so very minor.

breakfast was stale cereal milk yogurt apples cuties and waffles no elevator at this location my room was on second floor plaster was all over floor and nasty towels in bathroom

When we arrived, my granddaughter needed to use the facilities in a hurry. We asked to use the facilities, and the clerk told us it wasn't available, so we had to hurry up and run to the room. Once we entered the room, we saw roaches in the bathroom and the TV was not working.

Friendlier greeting and no roaches. The breakfast was also terrible some kids came in an ate all the breakfast rolls and nothing was replaced for the other guest.
