I stayed 2 days, they charged me for 3 & no refund on 3rd day

The location

Staff was not very nice, bordering on being rude, overcharged me for one of the rooms I reserved and the answer to every question is "contact Booking.com"

The room had not been cleaned, no blankets or pillows. The pillows the front desk gave us were stained and torn

The roof near the entrance was torn apart, smelled like smoke and just dirty smelling. There was a man yelling for his children down the hall as they escaped at 1 in the morning. The parking lot was dirty with trash.

Tv didn't work, phone didn't work, man laying on floor in lobby, entrance card didn't work, had hangers but no way to hang them up., multiple cracks in sink, thrash in hallway

No vending machines. Staff not the friendliest. Said no smoking smelled cigarette smoke and weed throughout the hotel very loud.

The hotel needs major updates. It screams they don't clean. The hallways had the same piece of paper for 2 days. No one decided to pick it up. A faint smell. When our room was cleaned trash was removed but the bed covers were just pushed up to the pillows. The comfort of the bed was good. The TV remote control barely worked. Bathroom didn't feel clean and the workers were looking at us like we were ghosts. It was ok for a weekend stay just to sleep. I won't return.

Cockroaches in room. Received a refund and left.
