C’est mal organisé : dès votre arrivée à la réception, vous devez porter vous-même vos valises et les déplacer, malgré la fatigue du voyage. Il faut les pousser jusqu’à changer de bâtiment. Or, le Catalina Hotel est au centre et les autres bâtiments sont à côté, mais il n’y a pas d’assistance. Vous êtes donc obligée de monter les valises dans les escaliers seule, sans aide ni conseils, ce qui est encore plus difficile pour les personnes qui ne comprennent pas l’anglais. Ce n’est vraiment pas un bon fonctionnement.

Really good location for where we were! Not a far walk to the beach or local amenities

The shower isn’t designed very well so the water hit the ledge and just flowed out the entrance on onto the floor soaking everything in its way. Mini bar was kinda steep on prices and the overall quality of the room wasn’t ideal with things being loose in areas of flooring etc etc

Pretty clean

They didn’t find the reservation at first (we did it more than 10 days before staying) the room they gave to us was right close to the restaurant so it was very uncomfortable. Very noisy all the time and during the morning was terrible, we couldn’t rest at all. Very bad experience…

La ubicación buena, lo unico.

Muy mala presentación del hotel, tienen 3 edificios y no lo especifican, me había hospedado en Catalina anteriormente y me había ido bien, pero esta vez me cambiaron de edificio donde se suponía eran mejores las habitaciones, pero el edificio era feo y me salió una cucaracha enorme en la noche y no me quisieron cambiar de habitación, la verdad no volveré. Tienes que pedir que te aseen la habitación en recepción, de lo contrario para 4 días no nos la hubieran aseado, eso responde por qué las cucarachas :(
