"Could not get out of this hotel fast enough."

Location

Small, unclean room completely different from the picture on booking site. The loudest air conditioning I’ve ever heard about a meter from the bed. Unfriendly staff unwilling to be helpful.

"we love the place and stayed there several times and what to continue to return again and again."

All this was excellent

The elevator was not working at all during our stay, and the carpet need to be scrubbed and shampooed really good.

"Nasty, cockroach infested, hidden fees, rude staff"

Staff was really rude, rooms were gross, hidden fees, they have a cockroach problem, see photos for the prison shower and the ONE cockroach we managed to kill. We woke up to a cockroach crawling under the covers in the middle of the night.

Location and pools are good

Waited for an hour for the room to be ready, dirty, plastic curtains with cigarette burns all over, hairs on shower walls.

"WILL NOT NEVER STAY EVER AGAIN"

MY ROOM HAD NO HEAT AND IT WAS 59 OUTSIDE AND MY ROOM FULLS LIKE OUTSIDE WENT TO THE FRONTDEST AND THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO HEAT AT ALL

"short overnight stay close to lincoln mall for food"

location - we keep picking this hotel because of the location. Valet let us keep the car with them until 1PM previous it was only to checkout time 11AM

breakFast buffet could have had more choices but for the cost was reasonable
