"Don’t trust the photos"

First off we walked in and noticed how dated the lobby is; then we forced to use the stairs because the elevator is out of order. 3 flights. The carpet is very old and dirty. We made our way to the room and opened the door to a horrible smell. It gets worse. The thermostat was broken, couldn’t adjust it. Maintenance came in and replaced the batteries, great! The only way to stop the fan was to turn it completely off. There’s not even any dressers to put your clothes away. One other thing was that there is no hand towels to dry your hands. There’s not even a towel rack to hang the towel! The bath towels hopefully are clean because I doubt they clean the rooms very well if at all. Did I mention the random hairs that I find everywhere. I have short gray hair, my wife has white hair. Thankfully we are only here for 2 nights. I do not recommend this place.

"Once I found my room everything was fine."

Location. Bellman were great. Bed great.

Shower not comfortable. I stayed in the second building and I couldn’t find the entrance. The bellman was helpful.
