Woodcliff Hotel and Spa

This is not a 4 star hotel! Never! Is was not very clean, the bathroom was old! When you take a shower, the walls and ceiling get so wet that water falls and wets the entire sink and floor! There's a lot of noise! ​​Parties happening all night long with loud music and it's hard to sleep. This is 2 star hotel and not a hotel to bring kids!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful live music. I come from out of state to see Roses and Revolutions play there most Friday nights. I have been there many times, always a wonderful experience.

Experience was mixed - the staff were great. The room for the price was outdated. The bathroom had issues and the air conditioning was very loud. The view was beautiful but having traveled a lot, not worth the price.

Excellent location. Updated and clean rooms. Front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Housekeepers very polite. Food is excellent.

Chose this hotel for proximity to my meetings. Breakfast was good.

My room had a faint smell of mildew

The hilltop views from Horizons made morning coffee a great way to start each day. The staff is super responsive. The bar is fully stocked and tended to perfection. Very welcoming. The grounds provide a pleasant outdoor setting for that walk or run.

great staff and Atmosphere. Was a busy weekend with lots of events and everything was clean and accommodating. Would recommend for short or long term trips.

The facility is quite nice and well run. I thought the room was well appointed. I had some small glitches which were not resolved though, but, they would not prevent me from staying at the Woodcliff in the future. They were: 1) at various times at night and during the day, I would hear a LOUD banging in the water pips that would last for about 1-1.5 minutes. This woke me up several times at night. 2) the satellite tv would flake out and lose signal several times if i was changing the channels. I reported the pipes via a text (bot?) and did not notice any change. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay and I had a great time at the conference.

There was a power outage at the entire facility I had a party for my seven year-old daughter no accommodation for me I had a total of six children with me in the dark phones were dying. It was not a good experience.

The fruit was nice

The light went out and I was stranded for 2 hours. The food was horrible and I had to wait 15 minutes in a practical empty restaurant. I finally got up to pay my bill and was met by a snappy manger and horrible service.
