Woodcliff Hotel and Spa

I was able to check in early, which was great. Enjoyed a lovely dinner together with my friends. One friend has some food allergies and the staff paid attention to her request to adjust a menu item. We met in the lobby for a complementary coffee in the morning and had some nice quiet time together. The only complaint was the fan/heater kept going on and off overnight in my room.

This once grand hotel has seen better days and is in serious need of an update. There are many other options in the area and the Woodcliff just not uphold to those standards anymore.

My wife and stayed there several times in the past and had a wonderful experience. This most recent visit was less than stellar. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart and the shower head was leaking. Not the resort I remembered. The staff was advised and did offer a free breakfast for both of us.

Great experience! The bridal suite and rooms for the wedding party were great! I would highly recommend Woodcliff to other bridal couples.

Not at all what I expected! Three of the outlets did not work, my husband’s C-Pap shut off on the middle of the night because of this and when I mentioned it at the desk all I was told was “ok thanks for letting us know “ No concerns what so ever!

More than slightly disappointed with the facility. For such a high rated hotel our room reeked of mold. There was debris on the bedroom counter and the hand soap bottle was ripped off the wall and just left sitting on the counter in the bathroom, screws hanging out and all. The hot tub was not operational, very disappointing. One of the main reasons we booked this facility. The main lobby needs some massive improvements in regards to the ceiling. Whatever patch job has been done looks atrocious. Overall the hotel needs some major upkeep done. We were part of a group for the weekend and the server that brought out our food on the second morning was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have no thoughts on ever coming back to this facility.

This was my 2nd time staying at Woodcliff, all arranged by Nazareth Univ. From check-in with Shlon, to check out my stay was a delight. I did have a momentary issue with the fast that there is no sign that I saw, indicating which direction my room was in coming off the elevator. Being mobility challenged, it cost me a walk in the wrong direction before I figured it out. The room was comfy and spacious and the amenities readily available. I enjoyed room service which came in a timely way. Parking was easy with the handicapped area so close by. All in all, a very pleasant and productive stay.

The room was ok, Spa was really great, but don’t expect the breakfast package as offered. They can’t handle an order and delivery. Was looking for something nice for an anniversary overnight, but Woodcliff wasn’t up for delivering.

The staff are very professional and welcoming. The check-in and checkout experience was very smooth. I enjoyed the views from the Horizons restaurant every morning. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.
