Staff dropped a towel on ground and tried to give it to us to still use . They didn’t allow us to use trash cans infront of building for some reason wanted us to go around back which was sketchy. No toilet paper or remote for TV upon our arrival and there were needle caps in sink and bathroom . Room Key stopped working mid stay and other guest with pets were rude and couldn’t keep them under control lunging at guest and other pets .

The bed was pretty comfortable

The remote for the TV needed batteries. Did not have ABC to watch the NBA playoffs. No smart TV where I could use an app.Their phone didn't work. The refrigerator needed plugging in. The guy at the front desk was not friendly and was acting all nonchalant.
