4/25/2026 - The room 224 was dirty. Looked like freshly shaved hair (nose,pubic, etc.) in the sink. The shower had hair on the walls of the shower. The toilet barely flushed(had to flush it twice). The sheets on the bed I was going to sleep in had rings/strains (as dark as coffee/blood) of something (no way housekeeping could have missed them and the sheets in the bed my son was going to sleep in looked to have mold (grayish/black in color) on it. Again, there’s no way housekeeping did not see it. We had to go buy shower shoes to shower. After I cleaned the shower and the sink area (had to buy supplies to clean). Had to spray the bedding with febreeze because I forgot the Lysol disinfectant at Walmart. The air conditioning only got cool even though I put it on 68 when we got in the room around 4:30pm and returned around 10pm, it still wasn’t cold. I had to use my portable fan to stay cool and had to sleep on top of the covers because of the condition of the sheets. I attempted to tell the front desk customer service rep at checkout but he wasn’t interested. He just showed me a plaque with an email on it and said you can email the manager. Very disappointed with my stay. Will not return nor recommend. I forgot to get pictures of the hair in the sink and shower before I cleaned them.

The room was very dirty. Contained mold in the air conditioner and around panels. Rust on metal hangers. Bathroom had dead bugs in the corner of shower. Stained toilet seats with red dye. Ripped panel molding on floor. Lightning fixtures did not work in the room.
