Smelled terrible. Every hallway, even the “non-smoking” hallways smelled like weed.

We didn't behave any other options for lodging for one night due to graduation taking place in Durham. I was at least expecting something that mirrored the description of the inn. Not so. Very old, but it was clean which was a plus. Our room was supposed to b ready for 4pm. We attempted check in at 8pm and the room was not ready. They apologized and said it was due to washing machine break down which prevented them from getting clean linens. The people were nice enough and for one night it served it's purpose but I would not recommend this for more than one night

I GOT KICKED OUT AROUND 10 AM because gallons of water started leaking through my outside door from an employee that was “in charge”. They were power washing the outside and because an employee who felt entitled to being “in charge” had no sympathy for the situation and just wanted to rush and continue his work n because I didn’t want him to CONTINUE because there’s GALLONS of water in my room he literally kicked me out. I’m homeless but live at hotels I have no car no family nothing I was paying customer and this random employee that got no heart didn’t want to hear my situation or deal with the situation he caused I never been so hurt. These hotels smile in your face but THE SECOND YOU STAND UP FOR YOURSELF YOUR PUT OUT. This needs to change this is not fair to people like me. I tipped all the cleaning ladies and they all gossiped. I thought the general manager Natalie was cool but everyone scared of her including her employees. They have no cameras in the parking lot and peoples cars were getting broken into. The night shift white guy targets people and calls the cops on people. If you don’t get your room cleaned every 3 days THEY KICK YOU OUT😂 the handy man he a black male, the one who kicked me out, who felt entitled to being in charge stay away from him he exaggerates situations and lies and he’s on nobody’s side except for his career EGO TOO BIG selfish dude. I’ve never wrote complaints but this place really did me dirty. I tipped, gifted, and bought food for the employees. Nobody defending me when this “entitled” employee kicked me out. Don’t come here it’s a cheap hotel for a reason, they talk to people however they want VERY GHETTO
