Days Inn by Wyndham Raleigh-Airport-Research Triangle Park

I loved that hotel was only mins away from airport and that the hotel had a free shuttle van that took me and another passenager to the airpirt at 5:00 am.

The worst part was hotel was very dated but clean. It also reeked of Marjuana smoke and smell. very strong. In front loɓby and all the way down hall one where my room was. It did not smell in my room so i stayed.

I had a wonderful stay and wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service we received. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcomingbut what really made the experience stand out was the customer service. A special thank you to Randy, the night clerk, who went above and beyond during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. Whether it was answering questions, offering assistance, or just greeting us with a warm and positive attitude late at night, Randy made us feel truly valued as guests

Great location, clean rooms, thorough housekeeping staff and exceptional guest services. Each staff member, both professional and welcoming; provided guest services that allowed for seamless check ins, stay-overs and a comfortable stay. Guest service representative Dumar at day shift was especially friendly, understanding of concerns and proficient in making every encounter relaxed and most calming, with through attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommended choice for short and long term stay in the RDU/Morrisville area.

Honestly, the lighting around the property could be a lot better. It was a bit too dark around the parking area for my comfort. It gave off a spooky vibe. The front desk clerk was nice enough and we shared a laugh about the spooky ambiance. I must say the room itself was large and very ckean. Kudos to housekeeping! The only other drawback was, two residents of the hotel (maybe) having a loud conversation in the hallway at 1 something in the am with a young dude trying to get an older woman into his room for a little fun. It gave short stay vibes. After she finally refused, he shut the door and quiet abounded. I slept like a baby. The mattress was amazing! All and all it was a good stay.

I liked the breakfast. It was simple but it was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was very clean

La habitacion estaba bastante descuidada. Había muebles rotos y manchas en la ducha. Las paredes eran muy finas y se escuchaba todo. No me interesa escuchar a una pareja teniendo sexo o gente discutiendo.

I would recommend this particular location over any wyndham properties in the RDU area. The entire staff are very helpful, compassionate and kind. They radiate with genuine care for others and their actions prove it. Stephanie was there to help and answer any questions and clarify any uncertainties. And she did just that. It's staff members like herself that continues to be an asset to these corporate companies by making the guests feel invited, welcomed and appreciated. My family appreciates her random acts of kindness, as well as the structure and stability of this particular property. Feeling safe and stable during "away from home" stays is extremely important.
