Personnel très gentil et accueillant.

Le ménage!! La femme de ménage n'a pas changé nos draps, car j'ai du me gratter dans la nuit et j'ai légèrement tâché l'oreiller, il est resté tout notre séjour. Elle n'a pas jugé utile de changer la boîte de mouchoirs vide, ni même de vider les poubelles et pire de laisser les serviettes sales et juste d'en remettre une propre alors que nous étions 3. J'ai du descendre prendre des serviettes propres et descendre mes poubelles. Inacceptable au prix du séjour. Bref il faut penser à du personnel de ménage consciencieux.

Isn’t really the standard I would expect from a Novotel. Probably should have stayed at the ibis budget next door

Very run down. They didn’t make up the sofa bed before we arrived. When we checked in was slow as there were two checkin staff. One just stood there staring into space for 10 minutes before coming over to check us in
