"Not a 4 star hotel, Management to take action on staff"

Location is great. Connected to the mall. Parking underground.

Drain not flushing from the sink, moisture in the bathroom and old paint getting removed, really need renovation. Parking extremely tight, and you need to park at the right parking near to the right entrance else it is a mess. Really Busy lift often by cleaning staff. Fire Alarm at 2:00 am took us 1 hr before we are allowed to reach back the room. During the night info was that it was a false alarm, in the morning person in charge told us it was start of fire (I guess to avoid having issues with people) Crisis management was done by a security guy, who was overpassed by the event, no clear communication. The day after the person in charge just apologize, i guess you need more than apologizes if you want to pretend to be a 4 star hotel. Free water? Free breakfast as a gesture, nothing.
