Ótimas instalações e excelente atendimento por todos os funcionários desde recepção ao restaurante. Café da manhã muito bom e garçons muito atenciosos.

Hotel antigo, com móveis de espera na recepção muito pouco confortáveis, check in foi demorado, meu banheiro vazava agua do box pro chão (inundava tudo) - tentaram resolver 3x sem sucesso, caiu o porta papel higiênico, faltou queijo coalho e ovo no café da manhã. Enfim, um está dia razoável para ruim. Vista maravilhosa, funcionários muito atenciosos e café da manhã farto.

The location was fab. The layout of the room was amazing. The bed was amazing. The staff were absolutely lovely. The AC unit in the room was strong.

The room was “renovated” but the there was mold in the bathroom. And the AC which was inside the ceiling created major condensation, dripping on the floor of the bathroom and the hallway. The wifi was an absolute joke. I had to tether to my phone the entire time. The cleaning product they use is terrible - it smelled like gasoline. Once we checked in, I felt nauseous in the room from the smell but realized it was due to the cleaning product so we had to skip the daily cleaning service.

Hotel bem localizado, mas necessitando de uma reforma, especialmente nos banheiros. O banheiro todo pintado, inclusive os azulejos e a banheira para disfarçar o estado antigo. Café da manhã farto, mas sem muitas alternativas.

Convenient. Could have a better choice for breakfast.
