Hotel com pessima manutenção. Primeiro quarto com vazamento do ar condicionado. Segundo quarto com vazamento no vaso sanitário, terceiro quarto com cheiro a mofo. Fomos acomodados apenas na quarta tentativa. O outro quarto da reserva estava com teto mofado. Corredores com água pingando do forro.

The building has a good location right on the beach. Rich breakfast and a very nice restaurant that has very good food and very friendly staff. As if it did not belong to the "hotel". Good WiFi.

Booking.com describes the building as a five-star hotel. That's probably a bad joke. It's more of a tourist hostel that needs renovation. Unfortunately, this accommodation tolerates school groups that behave like a herd of cattle. On our last night, we experienced one such group (12-14 years old) that made noise until late at night. They screamed, banged on doors and chased each other in the corridors until 0:45, disturbing other guests. Despite repeated complaints, neither the teachers nor the staff were able to restore order. The group behaved appallingly at breakfast - as if they hadn't eaten for three days. Some of them - the most obese - blocked the access to the food with their tables and chairs, so that other guests had to walk around them for a long time. The teachers didn't care - they sat in the opposite corner and played with their mobile phones. One of the receptionists responded to my complaint with the words "they're children after all". During our four-day stay, the room key card stopped working twice. The breakfast room was heavily air-conditioned - like a refrigerator. Our room was connected to the next room only by a locked door. Five-star hotel? Ridiculous. Extremely long lines at the reception - guests had to wait a long time for requests to be processed, check-in or check-out.

Very beautiful place, wonderful beach and I loved my days at the hotel, luxury, delicious food and there is still the arrival and see the dog. I was attended by him. I will come back more often to enjoy more. Delicious food, a breathtaking view, and very good service. I highly recommend

The location is the key of a good hotel and this one is perfect! In the heart of Boa Viagem, in front of the beach! Xodó ( the dog) is an amazing “concierge”, jokes aside, everyone is very pleasant and helpful. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast is unbelievable!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The location was also perfect despite the beach not being suitable for swimming, which is known to locals and tourists. The staff was nice and the stay overall was enjoyable.

I wish that more than one person spoke English, especially considering that the hotel is used for international conferences. I noticed however that this is in general a difficulty with Brazil, therefore it should not be a knock-out criteria!
