Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario

Problem with tv not working. Someone tried to access room in middle of night with keycard

Great clean hotel , close to plenty of shopping and attractions .

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was close to a lot of restaurants. The room was clean.

The breakfast wasn't that great. Some of the food was a bit cold.

Very cold conditions with drifting snow but parking was cleared. Quick easy check in.

Hotel was very clean. Staff very courteous and helpful.

first let me start with saying the staff were exceptional! Very friendly service, and the manager Rachael was an angel!❤️ I was visiting the state and staying there due to the passing of my grandfather, and she extended her kind words of sincerity and remorse to my family and that alone was a blessing. Rachel went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family and I am forever grateful.

Good location, close to stores and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable.

It was very noisy. It might have been the day that trash bins were being emptied. I hope not but I also wondered if this room was reserved for booking.com and if this was the best we could get.
