Bluegrass Extended Stay

5 stars all the way. We experienced a small problem at the beginning of our stay and the owner went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified. Even giving me his personal number to ensure we had no further problems, which we didn't. Truly a hands on owner that cares about his business and the experience the patrons of his establishment share. Sami, you are a superstar my friend and you will have my business again.

The staff was friendly

I checked into my room and left for a while because I had somewhere to be, when I got back my key wouldn’t work. Come to find out someone else was staying in my room. Luckily we didn’t take our stuff in yet. However, it was scary when this person opens the door because it was just my daughter and I. I understand mistakes happen, but this was unsettling.

I love the staff and surrounding businesses as well as the clean rooms

Very comfortable beds, there were a few long hairs on the inside of the shower curtain (perhaps from the cleaner?) other than that the room was spotless and didn't smell of smoke like most motel rooms do at this price point. Had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and TV with a good selection of channels. Checking in late at night is done through an exterior window from the parking area. (Sort of like a drive through window) A lot of restaurants/bars nearby.
