Best Western Mystic Hotel

Room was clean, but be warned: our suite only had one bathroom. Sleeping arrangements were fine, but eating and using the bathroom were nightmare situations. The continental breakfast was decent, but was a repeat of the same few items every morning. Overall, the stay was fine.

The grounds and building were very well kept and clean. It was easy off the highway and easy to get to nearby shops, food, and attractions.

Good basic accommodations, clean rooms but not very spacious. Pool area for outside seating. Small gym room. Okay free breakfast offered.

This was the nicest Best Western that we ever stayed in. Very clean. No smell what so ever in the whole place. Even the towels had no detergent smell. And my sister is very sensitive to smells and use to staying in high end places. Best of all: great mattresses and pillows. Good breakfast selections. Pleasant employees. Great place to stay and close to everything in Mystic.

The walls are a bit thin, but overall it was a great stay for my family. Good for kids, the free breakfast was disappointing.

I think breakfast could be improved. The sausage didn’t appear appetizing. There was no offering for waffles, pancakes or French toast. Regular made oatmeal would have been nice. Your coffee was great but there was no option of using Splenda.

Everything was very good

Nice place convenient to the location we wanted to visit. Only down side is that we didn’t realize at the time of picking that the pool was outside. We seen that it had a pool but didn’t realize that it’s outside so it was weather dependent on if we could use and the weather was not good enough to use it.
