Best Western Mystic Hotel

Convenient location, large clean suite room, and nice breakfast included. This is a good option for a big family. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was green during our stay making it unusable.

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay here. The hotel is immaculate. The continental breakfast was really helpful. Room was spacious with comfy beds and great pillows. Good shower. Super convenient location walking distance to Olde Mistick Village and area restaurants. And above all, the staff was superb - friendly, professional, and accommodating. The epitome of hospitality. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Mystic. We very much look forward to staying here again.

Room felt cheap and dingy. Comforter and towels were stained. Tub made creaking sounds. Great location but I don't think we'll be back.

Hotel cleaning staff left our hotel room propped open all day. Staff could care less it happened.

Really great overnight stay. No frills, just what you need

Checked in. Pleasant reception from front desk manager. After first night, room was not cleaned, notified the manager who apologized and brought us towels and said he would ensure it didnt happen again. Happened again after the second night, same routine, apology and more towels. Happened again the third night, same routine, more towels. PS I respect workers, I always leave something for housekeeping when I stay, however, this one fell well below average. At least the front desk manager tried....but something was definitely off at this property.
