The smoke free room smelled of smoke, The bed spread had cigarette burn holes in it. The check in clerk was extremely rude.

Terrible stay the shower head didn’t work properly, turn on the water in the shower the handle fell off and roaches crawling on the floor. The room was suppose to be non smoking but it sure did smell like smoke. Would not recommend this place.

Was supposed to be nonsmoking and wasn't. Filthy, no lightbulbs , wouldn't even take a shower it was so dirty . On top of everything else the night clerk asked me to tip him. Never again . Don't stay here.!

I rented my room through Expedia. When I arrived I was told they had 1 room, but the shower didn’t work. I was so tired. I took it. It’s was on the 3rd floor. Elevator was not working. Then I get ready to go to bed and there was stained sheets from what looked a previous stay and not changed. I was not happy at all.

The rooms that were listed as non smoking smelled like smoke and the sheets weren’t clean at all. We had to ask for a completely different room once we got there.

"Certainly not the best!"

It has been a year or two since I stayed in a motel. I can however say this was my worst experience ever. I was so tired and exhausted when I checked in I did not care that the door was closing poorly. Then to draw the curtains which were torn and not attached to closer on one side. Then turned on the heater, I thought it might fall out of the wall, very noisey. Then while eating a sandwich I thought I saw a bug moving on the floor (which is brown fake wood) I finally found the little roach and squashed that one. By now I was getting that icky feeling as to what will I be sleeping with. Later that evening I found another bug and took care of it. Waking the next morning imagine if you will looking over at the bedside table and seeing another bug. I killed it and left on another table on a napkin in plain sight for management to see. I informed him of this at checkout. If this is what is accepted as normal in your industry then Motel 6 is not for me. Being convenient to Grandview Medical is unfortunate for you.
