Convenient location and nice staff

The pet fee was higher than in comments on booking, 75$ instead of 50$. The paint in the walls in the bathroom was bulking and it smelled a bit moldy. There was also a random pill on the floor of the room which is not ideal if you have a dog visiting with you.

I had to go to Duke Hospital, therefore I read other comments about the Hilton in all great comments. The hotel is spotless , the staff is fantastic as was the management who were very visible outside the offices. The front desk staff was really professional and was the bartender and server, the room was really clean and nice, if you need to go to to the area there is no place better, for sure

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location near Duke University was convenient. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. It was a good stop for a quick overnight stay while traveling.

Nothing major stood out during our short stay. Overall it was comfortable.

"Calming and restful"

We had the pleasure and pain of staying during the snowstorm. I work with a good Lion and it was lonnnnngggg hours!!! Hilton made it worth it after a long hard day!!! Lynette at the Front Desk was such a pleasure and always so helpful and kind!!! She was also calm, I say that because it was so busy checking in and the other lady was just running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She may have been the supervisor I’m not sure but she doesn’t handle stress well. Also Marcus behind the bar was awesome 👏🏽
