The total staff is awesome the front desk staff is spot on especially Serena the rooms are spotless the grounds are well maintained and it seems management is very hands on great stay and certainly will return doing some things at Duke medical this is the place to stay

"Great end but disappointing start"

Our new room was clean, comfortable, and the door actually locked. The front desk person that switched our room and made things right!

We were given a room that didn’t lock, the showers curtain rod was pulled down and the towel rack was pulled halfway out of the wall. All things that should have been found by internal staff before they tried to allocate room.
