"A gem of a hotel in Geneva"

The hotel N ‘vY was a lovely place to stay! The location was perfect — close enough to the centre, accessible with public transportation and nice and quiet (even at night!). The staff were very responsive; we got a nice (affordable) upgrade to a room with a partial lake view. I’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay. The price per night was steep, but all in all, worth it.

"Our go-to hotel in Geneva"

We really like this hotel (this was our fourth stay) for many reasons. These include location (really easy, two tram stops from station plus you have the travel card), the customer service (in true Swiss hospitality style, the staff are warm, welcoming and very helpful), the rooms (spacious, clean, bit quirky) and the breakfast is excellent. We'll be back!

Our stayed in this hotel on our 23rd anniversary and it was amazing. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We had upgrade to our room which was cherry on top thanks to the staff on the reception I forgot to ask his name otherwise I would’ve mentioned, thank you so much for making my memories wonderful. Hotel is so so clean, very quiet, the room deco was beautiful and buffet breakfast was well served. They are very professional and easy to contact even before i visited Geneva, they replied my queries very fast through email. They guided us. I just loved everything about this hotel🤗🤗. Thanks a lot

Fantastic hotel! Great service and very helpful staff. Rooms where exceptionally clean. Breakfast was a winner for the family and the bar was great at night for the adults. Close to the tram and walking distance to the lake. Location is perfect. Love this hotel, would stay here again and again and again.
