Hotel N'vY

I travel a lot and can only say that the client service was exceptional and so kind to us client. 100% i recommend this hotel. Room are spacious, clean and well decorated. A true Geneva experience. Lots of great atmosphere in lounges....and i had to leave early in the morning for a meeting and they prepared a breakfast lunch bag with excellent food. Just love that hotel

Stayed at the Hotel Nvy for 4 nights and we were very happy with our time there. The room had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, the shower had a rainfall shower head w/ plenty of hot water! The room was immaculately clean. The breakfasts were very good with a wide variety to choose from. I used the gym which was well equipped. The hotel has very modern & funky decor. Everyone we came across who worked there was very pleasant, friendly & helpful! It's a very welcoming hotel! It's in a great location--less than a 5 minute walk to the lake, a 15 minute walk to Old Town, and there are loads of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. It's also less than 2 min walk to the tram, which takes you all over including the train station & Old Town. We had a very good stay & I would look forward to staying here again when in Geneva!

This was our second stay at this hotel. Our first visit was a disaster due to major issues with the air conditioning during a very hot summer weekend, although the hotel did do their best to resolve it. This time, we booked the Junior Suite, but it felt more like a slightly larger standard room rather than a true suite, as there was no separation between areas. The air conditioning only provided heat, so it was not possible to cool the room if it became too warm at night.

I LOVE the Nv'Y! I stay here every time I’m in Geneva, and this visit reminded me why. I was lucky to be upgraded to a gorgeous suite with a lake view, the room was pristine, and the bed was perfect after a long flight. Staff were warm, quick to help, and drinks at the bar were great. I Nvy'ed the people staying longer. Consistently the best choice in the city.

The hotel was really clean and had an amazing ambience to it. Staff very helpful and happy to assist. The room size was perfect as well

Great Hotel with good ameneties and location. The staff is very nice and cool. A special mention to Sir Paolo for his comprehensiveness, attention and good maners. He always try to make it easy and feel good.

Room 1112 by the elevator was noisy. The bed transformed into 2 twins but did not match the frame when set up as a king. Dangerous when bed flipped.

We found N’vy to be wonderfully located for our stay in Geneva. We liked the attention of the staff.

The room had an uncomfortable bed, and the staff were quite abrupt at breakfast. This made the stay not as pleasant as I hoped.
