We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Chicamocha. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very pleasant. Solo que no nos avisaron previamente que los snacks y el agua de la habitación iban a ser cobrados, creíamos que eran de cortesía como en otros hoteles.
