Staff was very attentive, and polite

The breakfast was the only good thing out of the whole stay.

The pull out sofa was dirty, cushions were stained, crumbs in couch, shower curtain filled with mold, clogged toilet, shower pressure VERY LOW, room had a horrible smell, ordered from the kitchen chicken marsala dinner and it was a small piece of frozen chicken with 2 slices of mushroom and marsala sauce didn't taste like marsala sauce, ordered penne pasta with butter and pasta was tough and rubbery. Both meals together cost $50 not worth the money. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND A WASTE OF MONEY. This was supposed to be a great experience and it was more of a horrible inconvenience.

Embassy Suites of Williamsburg Va. is a great place to stay. From check in to check out the staff was great, the room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The stay was fine but an update to the hotel is needed. The breakfast buffet and free happy hour are truly the selling points. The elevators were 20 degrees hotter than the hotel temperature and they were slow. By slow, I mean it took 2-4 minutes to get one. While bot a negative experience, I probably will choose to stay at a more recently renovated hotel next trip.

All the rooms faced the interior which was open to the common area/cocktail bar. After traveling all day, the noise level was high. The shower was extremely too hot in our room, with no way of turning it down. The property was nice and the staff was wonderful, though.

Have stayed multiple times. Staff are great - friendly and helpful! Homemade omelets/eggs are great! Many thanks to Sagan for a quick check in. Location is great. Online photos are deceptive. Hotel is overdue for an update. Furnishings very worn.

Excellent breakfast staff food was delicious large variety. The fresh omelette had every topping and filling you could want even choice of turkey sausage. The pool was clean. Staff was warm and friendly. We will return.

This hotel was amazing! Very upscale. Offered free drinks and appetizers during certain times of the day. The pool and fitness center were also nice and clean. The staff members were also extremely hospitable throughout the hotel. The only downfall of the hotel was the pillows are very uncomfortable. Otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay and would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 stars!
