"施設やスタッフさんの対応含め、とても良いホテルでした！"

建物や部屋の雰囲気が良い、連泊だったので自分でアメニティ必要な分取れたの助かった、風呂とトイレが別空間、洗面所にもゴミ箱がある、水を必要な分給水器で入れて部屋の冷蔵庫においておける、電気ケトルが綺麗、共有スペースに電子レンジがある 1番有難かったのは、連泊の中日で10:00以降も部屋に居るが ごみ捨てとバスタオルの交換をお願いしたかった時に フロントに頼みに行ったら直ぐに対応してくれたこと　本当にありがとうございました！

ロフトへの梯子がかなり急で夜中ちょっと怖かった 風呂場の扉が透けてるので、他の人がシャワーしてる時は洗面所とトイレに行きにくい ルームキーが1つだけど持っていくと部屋の電気が消えるので、他の人が寝てる等で中の人にドアを開けてもらえない状態の時に外出するのが難しい でもどれも注意すれば何とかなるので、然程困りませんでした

The fact that there is no sunlight coming into the rooms. Windows are frosted ,small , and hardly opened.

"A peaceful and relaxing place to stay if you are in Kyoto."

I liked its location, the hotel aesthetics, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The property was a nice place to relax after being out all day. It had a clean and modern look that felt calming and sophisticated.

The dryers in the laundry room took a long time to dry clothes. A later check out time would also be desired.
