Excellent hotel, stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic spacious triple room, really friendly staff and in a great location, near the shops and market and close to the restaurants and shops. Great base for exploring Kyoto and surrounding areas.

Good location. Some nice staff. Washington machine for clothes.

Lacked a nice lounge space to hang out in. They didn’t have their own breakfast deal and instead it was run by a third party. Their version of Eton Mess desert was super slow and not great. KUMU Kanazawa was really the best in the collection - in every way.
