Pool and ambience. Instagrammable place! Near bars/resto with live bands.

Noisy air-conditioning unit. Only turned on 1 out of 2 when sleeping. Too noisy vibration. ACU filter too dirty. Not cleaned for a while. Bed is for light to mid weight people. No backup generator. brownout twice. No water when brownout. Water will slow down if many occupants use at same time.
