The staffs are very hospitable and accomodating.

No water for 10 hours. No back-up electricity. Staff were not available when needed. No aircon for 4 hours. Water heater not working.

It’s a great glamping experience, our cabana is equipped with AC and hot shower . However house keeping is by request. The grounds is lush with beautiful plants but there were mosquitoes so can’t hang out . They have good breakfast for a fee but no other meals available but they said they’ll have it in the future. Thier beautiful football size swimming pool just opened it’s so wonderful we will able to use while we’re there The staff are very busy but very accommodating, and meets our needs . We will surely be back there again

The ambiance of the place. Peaceful and clean. Amenieties are sufficient. Good value for your money.

The room might be small for a couple.

Privacy, comfort and location and great customer service. Cabana room is by itself with door entrance from outside. The bed is comfortable to sleep. Location works for us perfectly since it's close to everything specially to the ferry port. We had issue with small ants in the bed on the first room given to us but when we told them about the issue they immediately moved us to a different cabana.

The toilet sometimes doesn't flush all the waste so you have to get a bucket and flush it manually after. The room losses coolness once you turn on the bathroom light/fan.

I have the best time staying at Lanzones. The staff are very amazing and accommodating. Specially Richie, she always makes sure everything is okay and helps me with my needs. The place is quiet and accessible to restaurants. Highly recommended place.

The bathroom is not that big. The shower is not functioning. But doesn’t matter.
