Helpful staff- prompt responses on WhatsApp when needed. Bathroom was good with a proper enclosed shower.

Lots of black mold around the window and on the walls. The room always felt and smelt a bit damp which is pretty common in Vietnam given the humidity, however they could have cleaned the mold before my stay. The bed was very hard. Guests are also expected to pay for the toiletries and small water bottles whereas all other hotels I’ve been to in Vietnam have provided them for free.
